Is it required here?
No — Sun City does not ask for one, and the examination and any tests are done on site. But if you have a card, a discharge summary or imaging, bring them: it saves time and sharpens the prescription.
What is worth bringing
Recent test results, a summary of any chronic diagnoses, imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) and a list of the medicines you take regularly.
