Transfers and transport

On request

Pick-up from the airport and from Baku, local journeys, car rental and the hotel's own parking.

Naftalan is 320 km from Baku and about 63 km from Ganja International Airport. Most guests either fly into Ganja or come from Baku by car or train — the hotel can arrange the pick-up either way.

Airport transfer

A transfer from Ganja airport is booked in advance: the driver waits by flight number and holds the pick-up when a flight is delayed. A transfer from Baku is possible too; the drive takes about four hours. The service carries an additional charge, and reception confirms the price and the class of car when you book.

Coming by train

Modern fast trains run between Baku and Ganja and the journey takes about three and a half hours. The last stretch from the station can be arranged as a transfer, and reception will help with the tickets.

Car rental and parking

The hotel arranges car rental. For guests arriving in their own car there is free private parking nearby and no need to reserve a space. Valet parking and accessible spaces are also available.

Excursions

The tour desk arranges trips to Ganja, Lake Goygol, Sheki and around Naftalan, as a group or privately. These are charged separately.

Which airport to fly into

The nearest airport is Ganja (KVD), about 60 km from the hotel. Heydar Aliyev Airport in Baku (GYD) has direct flights from many more cities, Moscow, St Petersburg and Yekaterinburg among them, and the drive from there takes roughly four hours. Book your tickets into whichever airport works out better — we arrange the transfer either way.

Yes — the class of vehicle follows the size of the party, and a minivan is arranged for a family or a larger group. Tell us how many people and how many suitcases when you book so the right vehicle is set aside. The price is confirmed by route and vehicle.
