Booking a stay in Naftalan

A booking made there holds your room, but a treatment course does not exist in the platform's system: the procedures, the contraindications and the schedule are settled with the hotel's doctor in any case.

Here you pick your dates, see the free rooms and the nightly rate at once, get the confirmation directly and pay no agent's commission. We price the treatment package against your dates, and you can put a question to a doctor before you travel — which a platform cannot offer.

By phone or in writing

For anything out of the ordinary — a long course, several rooms, a special diet, accessibility — writing is simplest. Send your complaint and your dates and we build the rest with you.

Cancellation

Standard bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival; special offers carry their own terms, written on each offer's page.
